REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Eazy Biz Register, our primary goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will review your concern and may offer a refund, provided the issue is genuine and validated after internal assessment. We strongly recommend that you carefully review the details of each service before making a purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a service has been purchased, cancellation requests based on a change of mind will generally not be accepted.

If a client requests to pause or hold the service, the amount paid will be retained and the service may be resumed later upon request.

Before processing any refund request, we reserve the right to make reasonable efforts to complete the service.

If the service remains incomplete after a refund request is accepted, the following deductions will apply:

UNCONTROLLABLE / GOVERNMENT FACTORS

Certain services depend on approvals from government authorities.

Eazy Biz Register does not guarantee outcomes such as:

  • ● Government responses

Delays caused by:

  • ● Technical issues on government portals
  • ● Regulatory changes

Are beyond our control and not eligible for refund.

FORCE MAJEURE

Eazy Biz Register will not be responsible for any delay or failure in services caused by situations beyond our control, such as:
